Heather shares with us how the way of selling and growing is evolving. She then talks about how making inclusive business decisions will not only get your business better results but also have your team buying in the same vision and moves the same direction. She also notes two sides to consider in selling virtually which are:
1. Technology
2. Strategic understanding before getting on a call and sell
Heather also discussed how marketing doesn't have to be expensive. She encourages to find a partner in your area that can help you build and develop but don't break the bank either. Heather noted that marketing is also constantly evolving and that you need to evolve with it.
Jason then shared about hybrid teams and that it is a way of future-proofing the business. He noted that to be a leader in a hybrid workforce, it is important to connect and care for your team. Listen to your team, have an open mind, and make sure to let them know that you care about their success, not just your own.
Jason went on to discuss the importance of challenging your team to come up with out-of-the-box thinking.
