These 36 powerful ideas to scale your MSP comes from a resource that we have where you can actually download right HERE and will be spread out into the five key episodes in this mini-series.
As usual, I briefly share with you what this mini-series is about, how it came together, how many episodes this consists of, and what these episodes are.
Now, being the second episode of the mini-series, this is all about harnessing your ambition. It is all about taking you from being distracted and being completely demanded on by everybody to getting you absolute clarity and avoid overwhelm in your MSP business.
In this episode, I talk to you about the Shadow of the Leader and how setting your vision, mission, and values perfectly connects with scaling your MSP business. It’s important to look at your own reflection in the mirror and have a think about the gaps that you can fill in to be a better leader.
I also talk about the importance of forecasting your KPIs and knowing your numbers. Remember that just because you have got a hundred thousand grand in the bank does not mean you have a successful business.
The third key element that I talked to you about in this episode is all about accountability and the importance of having a vision. It’s important to know what winning looks like for you and your vision will take you there. Your vision anchors the business.
If you missed it, here are the six powerful questions that I mentioned in the previous episodes that I want you to spend a good 20-30 minutes on for you to fully have a think about and understand where your MSP business is right now. Write down these questions and answer them with your initial thoughts.
I hope you enjoyed this episode, and we look forward to you following us on this mini-series, with the next episode being released on Monday, September 19th!
