As usual, I briefly share with you what this mini-series is about, how it came together, how many episodes this consists of, and a recap of the previous episodes.  

In this episode of the series, I talk about maximising your opportunities in your MSP business. This is about going from no leads to the lead flow.

The first idea that I share with you in this episode is all about increasing your pricing. We understand that this is an area that most MSPs are scared to do, but here I explain to you why it’s important and how to overcome this fear.

The next idea that I personally love to help you understand is the reality that you are not important in your MSP until people know how you can make their life easier and how you can solve their problems. This might hurt a little bit, but I explain why and why this is a very critical element in having the right mindset so you can grow your MSP business.

I also briefly talk about the sales funnel and getting your messaging right as one of the key elements in maximising your opportunities.

The third and final idea that I share with you in this episode is what we call ‘shaking the tree’ And this is all around how you are selling more. You have put your prices up, and you already figured out your messaging, but how are you selling more? How are you offering more value?
