You could be unknowingly spending substantial chunks of your day on £10 or £100 tasks, while your attention should be focused on high-value £1000 tasks that significantly contribute to your business's growth and profitability.
So, how do you rectify this situation? Stuart offers practical, actionable advice: set up auto-responses for emails and voicemails directing clients and suppliers to the appropriate teams, thereby managing their expectations. Crucially, he emphasises the need to make yourself less accessible to avoid unnecessary disruptions that can eat into your day.
